Mexican Amber Lager
Brewed with flaked maize (corn), a common ingredient for the style, which gives it its light, refreshing character. Also correct for the style are the presents of Vienna, and Munich malts which provide slightly malty with delicious bready notes. By sourcing 50% from Lodi and 50% from Monterey County, we are able to create a delicious full bodied wine that shares the rich intensity fruit of which these regions provide. A fruit forward wine with delicious aromas and flavors of blackberry and black cherry with notes of green olive, cedar, dried herbs and vanilla. Pairs well with braised and roasted meat dishes.
White
The Seeker Riesling
These Riesling grapes were discovered by a husband and wife team in the famed Mosel Valley in Germany. Steep vineyard sites in Trittenheim and Piesport feature fine, mineral-rich slate soil and optimal exposure to sun and wind, giving the wine its distinctive, classic and world-renowned flavors. The vineyards are 100% hand-harvested to ensure top-quality grape selection. Traditional wine-making methods are observed, with individual wine-pressing techniques passed down through generations. Vinification takes place in stainless steel and oak casks over 4-6 weeks, followed by aging in tank and oak casks for 3-8 months. TASTING NOTE Off-dry with crisp acidity and vibrant fruit, featuring citrus, stone fruits and pineapple with a mineral-infused finish.
Cycles Gladiator Chardonay
Aromas of green apple and tropical fruits underscored with notes of toast and brioche. The flavors are ripe and round, with pineapple and mango being the predominant fruits. This is a particularly buttery Chardonnay that isn’t overtly cloying. Pretty notes of citrus supported by a solid core of acidity gives this wine a seamless structure.
