Hefeweizen- A favorite amongst Hendersonville's large German population. Our German Hefeweizen is true to style with wonderful banana and clove characters that are essential in an authentic Hefeweizen and a hazy, unfiltered appearance. This is a superbly refreshing beer. 2021 N.C. Brewers Cup bronze medal winner.4.8% ABV, IBU’s -12
German Pilsner- Another authentic German style beer that has been approved by the Germans in Hendersonville. This Blue-Ribbon winner is a crisp, clean pilsner that has a beautiful golden straw color with a wonderful malty body with just the right amount of bitterness at the end to balance it out. 4.9% ABV, 20 IBUsBlue Ribbon Winner at Brew Horizons Fest
Guidon Kölsch- A delightfully refreshing German Kölsch reminiscent of Koln (Cologne) Germany. Light body with a soft mouthfeel and a pale white gold color. Kölsch has a spicy, herbal Noble hop bitterness that is medium to slightly assertive—less than a Pilsner, but not by much. A somewhat fruity flavor is present with a crisp, dry finish makes up the rest of the flavor profile. 4.8% ABV, 24 IBUs
Schwarzbier (German Black Lager)- Schwarzbier, or black beer, is a dark lager that originated in the Turingia area of Germany. As it should, ours has an opaque, black color with light roast flavors just like what would get in Germany. 2021 N.C. Brewers Cup Gold Medal Winner and 3rd place “Best of Show”. 5% ABV, 25 IBU’s
Guidon IPA- An amazing American IPA that's dry hopped with Mosaic and El Dorado Hops to provide a wonderful bouquet of citrus. Our IPA has a nice malt backbone to complement and smooth out the bitterness. On the low side in IBUs for an IPA but you'll never know it from the taste. 6% ABV, 50 IBUs
Mexican Amber Lager: Brewed with flaked maize (corn), a common ingredient for the style, which gives it its light, refreshing character. Also correct for the style are the presents of Vienna, and Munich malts which provide slightly malty with delicious bready notes. Since this style originated with German and Austrian immigrants moving to Mexico, the presence of these malts is appropriate. This is truly a beer for every beer drinker. 4.7% ABV, 25 IBU’s

* Oktoberfest: It’s that time of the year again, OKTOBERFEST! This is the slightly more malty one of the two Oktoberfest styles made in Germany and the one most American beer drinkers seem to prefer. Ours has a wonderful dark copper color, a rich and creamy off-white head, and a well-balanced finish. As with all of our beers, this one is made with authentic ingredients from the country of origin. In this case, malt and hops that are imported from Germany. 6% ABV, 20 IBUs
Tugboat: (Dark English Mild) A malt forward, easy drinking beer with wonderful dark copper/brown color. Perfect for this cooler weather. 4.5% ABV
Märzen: A Bavarian style German lager. Ours has a wonderful dark copper color, a rich and creamy off-white head, and a well-balanced finish. Our customers absolutely love this beer. 6% ABV
Dunkelweizen: (dark German wheat beer) Inspired and brewed by our assistant brewer Mat, this traditional German-style dark wheat beer has a tantalizing aroma of ripe banana and clove. As the flavors unfold, a bready backbone provides a sturdy foundation, while hints of caramel and toasted wheat add depth and complexity. Smooth and refreshing, our Dunkelweizen is a perfect choice for those who crave a hearty, yet easy-drinking beer. 4.5% ABV
Dunkel Lager: This dark German lager has an aroma of chocolate roasted malt and bread and biscuit-like features that stem from the use of Munich malt. Despite the malt forward flavor profile, this beer is not overly sweet. Rather, you’ll find a mild balance between the distinct character of malt and the refined touch of bitterness from noble hops, indicative of what many beer drinkers expect from German beer styles. 4.5% ABV
Franconian German Lager: Franconian lager is a darkish German-style lager that originated in the Franconia region of Germany. It's balanced, clean, and has a wonderful malty backbone with a beautiful amber hue. 5.2% ABV
